Hi Cherry! Nice to meet you — what a wonderful, heart-tugging letter to share with us. It’s a blessing to see a child recognize the beauty of marriage in one’s parents. Thanks for adding this to the faith barista jam, friend!

  6. Wow! So glad to have you over at THANKFUL THURSDAY today and I so enjoyed your very personal letter from your daughter. It reminded me of something my own daughter would do, her name is Annamarie, close to yours. What a great example of love and committment that you are passing down to her. Sounds like the gift of grace has been lived out in front of her. Good job! ((blessings))

  12. Wow, you have done a wonderful job raising your daughter! She must have great role models. I can only pray that when my girls are a little older they will have the same kind heart that your daughter has! God bless.

  13. It is WAY too early to have me crying over my keyboard! That is precious! To have your children recognize you has to mean more than it coming from someone else. After all, they are molded and influenced by us, what greater responsibility can a person have? Thank you for sharing that beautiful letter. Your daughter sounds like a very smart, spiritually in-tune young woman!
